answers.
Do I need a membership to buy tickets?
No. You can browse and buy public show tickets without joining a membership program. Newsletter signup is optional.
How do I find tickets I already bought?
Open My tickets and sign in with the email you used at checkout. We’ll email a six-digit code that expires after 15 minutes. You can also use the ticket link in your confirmation email. If an older or imported order is missing, contact the theatre for help.
How do I earn and see Magic Rewards points?
Magic Rewards is active for eligible ticket purchases. Points are based on the pre-tax ticket subtotal, excluding tax, card fees, gift cards, cancellations, and refunded amounts. Sign in with the email you used at checkout to see your points and history. Points are not a cash balance.
Is this the same as Poe’s Magic Club?
This page is for guests of Poe’s Magic Theatre. Poe’s Magic Club is a separate community for magicians. Visit Poe’s Magic Club for club membership information.
