Tickets, timing, and what to expect at Poe's Magic Theatre inside the Lord Baltimore Hotel.
Are there age requirements?
General magic shows and ghost tours have no age restriction. Haunted Murder Mysteries are for guests aged 14 and over, with adult accompaniment.
Cabaret shows featuring burlesque are strictly for guests aged 21 and over. Proof of age is required.
Young children are welcome. If a child becomes disruptive, please escort them out of the performance space for the comfort of the other guests.
Is there a minimum food or drink purchase?
There is no food or drink minimum for our shows, except brunches, which require the purchase of a meal and drinks.
We encourage you to arrive at least one hour before showtime to enjoy LB Tavern. For a relaxed dinner, allow 90 minutes.
How long do the shows last?
Magic shows typically last 60 to 70 minutes. Haunted Murder Mysteries run for approximately two hours, and ghost tours last around 90 minutes.
VIP tickets include an additional 30 minutes with the performer. Check your event listing for the details of your selected experience.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. In some circumstances, we may offer credit toward a future event. Contact us with your order details to ask about your options.
What is the difference between general admission and VIP?
VIP tickets include priority seating and an additional 30 minutes of exclusive entertainment and interaction with the performer. Choose VIP when it is offered for your selected performance.
How does seating work?
Seating is generally first come, first served unless your event specifies otherwise. VIP ticket holders receive priority seating.
When should I arrive, and what do I need for check-in?
Please check in 15 minutes before your scheduled showtime, with your ID and email confirmation ready.
For 8 PM performances, theatre doors open at 8 PM. Events with other start times follow the schedule and arrival instructions in their listing and confirmation.
Is the venue accessible?
Our venue is fully accessible to guests with disabilities. If you would like help with seating or have a specific access requirement, contact us before your visit so we can assist.
Do you offer group or special occasion discounts?
Buy seven or more tickets in one order and enter GROUPRATE at checkout to receive 18% off each ticket. The code does not apply to orders of fewer than seven tickets.

Can I take photographs or record video?
Please do not use flash photography. Video recording is permitted only when your friend, family member, or partner is on stage.
