Virya Shavasana

Virya Shavasana does not lip-sync. She has never needed to. A former champion and judge of The Voice of Baltimore, she's one of the DMV's top live-singing drag performers, which means every note you hear is actually coming out of her (a rarer thing than you'd hope). Her art has hung in the National Portrait Gallery and the International Spy Museum, she's strutted Broadway for Broadway Bares, and after a decade teaching Baltimore high schoolers, she decided nothing could frighten her again and became a tattooer at Dark Arts Studio in Bel Air. She and her fabulous friends are bringing the voice. You bring the applause. Possibly a fan.
